Not only were the taco's and quesadillas we ate here the best food we ate during our holiday (and probably the best mexican food i ever had), the owner welcomed us in the most friendly and amazing way and let us try some amazing food and drinks. We received a glass of tequila with a spicy beverage to pair with it, and explained us how we should drink it to maximize the taste and experience. He brought us some dill pickles on the house and kept coming over to ask if we needed anything, and to give his recommendations. He made this amazing taco sauce and 2 other toppings for on the tacos and quesadillas. While i am normally a picky eater, i tried everything aaand... It was amazing. Nothing bad to say: this was not just dinner but a wonderful experience. If i lived here i would be back every week. Also got some stickers when i told about my vacation scrapbook. 100/10

This restaurant is a local gem. The owner, Gabriel, is extremely welcoming and passionate about his food and heritage. The food is special, authentic and delicious with signature flavors unique to this restaurant. Fried insects are always offered so the cuisine might include some brand new adventurous experiences for some. We highly recommend this experience and look forward to returning.

We had an incredible dining experience at this Mexican restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the owner made us feel welcome and taken care of. The service was absolutely perfect attentive, friendly, and you could really feel the owner’s passion for Mexican food. What really stood out was how thoroughly the owner explained each element of the food to us. It made the experience not just a meal, but a cultural journey. Every dish we tried was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you could really taste the difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for genuine Mexican cuisine paired with outstanding service.

We had a very warm welcome from Gabriel and proceeded to have a delicious meal! We had two delicious margaritas and Gabriel gave us a shot of tequila and taught us how to drink it to enjoy the flavours. We had a selection of tacos as a main with a combination of home made sauces and it was some of the best food we’d had in a long time. Gabriel took the time to find out that we liked whiskey and suggested some Mezcales for us to try. We would recommend this restaurant without hesitation

If you love authentic Mexican food, this is the place to be! Everything is home made, fresh, super tasty and almost everything with the special spicy effect of "al Chile con todo". The owner Gabriel is truly living it's concept, he is well spoken, multi lungual, very professional and to top it off, super nice We truly enjoyed every moment, the chats and of course every dish. There were plenty of goodies he served us to try (chicharróns de chili, different home made chili dips) and he explained all dishes and recommended in which dip-combination to eat them. It was all very delicious!!! The quesadillas are perfect, especially the one with pulled pork - so mouth watering just writing about it Deserts were also very tasty, fresh and if course also home made. He served a special Tequila (with smokey barrique taste) with a super delicious sangria up front as an aperitif. Also, try the Michelada! All in all this was a great evening and we will definitely be back!

Gabriel was a lovely host. He explained every dish carefully to us and also explained the drinks in a lot of detail. You can clearly see he’s very passionate about the food and drinks and wants to give you the best dining experience and was very successful in doing that. We had an amazing time. The tacos were absolutely out of this world. We really loved the spicy chippies. If you visit here it’s not your usual tequila, salt and lime experience it’s wayyyyyyyy better. Thanks Alette as well for the lovely dining experience. Hope to see you in the Netherlands someday.

Best Food ever! And not just the food was great. The owner made sure me and my girlfriend experienced his food at max with explanation about the additional spices and herbs. We were also welcomed with a shot of Tequila but not to slam away. By talking with pasion he made sure we enjoyed. Service was a 20/10! And the price? Even if he asked 50% more I’d happily pay it. Keep it up!
